Zesty Mango Vinaigrette

Vinegar and olive oil-based vinaigrette is a light, zippy heart-healthy salad dressing.

This vinaigrette is an irresistible blend with mango, lime, garlic, and olive oil.

This dressing is so easy to make.

½ cup frozen mango chunks, thawed

1 large garlic clove, minced

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup water

1 large lime, zested and juiced

1 teaspoon sea salt

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Store in the fridge in a sealed jar for up to 7 days.
