Five Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge Cups

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cups runny natural peanut butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

1 Tsp vanilla extract

Melted chocolate for topping measured with your heart (I use Lilys Sweets no sugar added chocolate chips)

METHOD

1. Mix together the peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla and put into 8x8 lined pan or into cupcake liners

2. Top with melted chocolate and freeze for 15 minutes or until set and top with sea salt
